We take pride in providing high-quality Japanese matcha and carefully curated products. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened matcha products, food items, or beverages.
We only accept returns for:
• Damaged items
• Incorrect items received
• Defective accessories or utensils
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:
support@matchakai.ae
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief explanation of the issue
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Opened matcha products
• Consumable goods
• Gift cards
• Sale or promotional items
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
