RETURNS

We have a 5-day return policy for unopened and unused items, which means you must request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
i) In the same condition that you received it
ii) Unworn and unused
iii) In its original packaging with tags
iv) Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: If you are returning items from outside the United Arab Emirates, shipping times may vary.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:
The item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
i) Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
ii) Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
iii) Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
iv) Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.

European Union – 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of delivery, for any reason, without justification.
To qualify:
i) The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags
ii) You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
This right is in addition to your standard return rights and does not apply to non-returnable items listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
i) If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
ii) Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
